NEP compliance Training For School Teachers and H.M. s
Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association had organized a workshop on ‘NEP 2020’ on 18th April 2022 for the HMs and teaching staff of PTV English Medium School, PTVA’s English Medium School, Andheri, PTV Marathi Medium School, and Paranjape Vidyalaya Marathi Medium Primary Section. Approximately 50 teachers participated in the workshop.
Subject expert Mrs. Prachi Sathe, Academic Counselor EDUBODH was the resource person.
The workshop was focused on the pedagogy and methodology of the teaching-learning practices in primary schools in compliance with the vision of NEP 2020, aiming at a new perspective on school education, especially in the formative stage of learning in primary school. The interactive session was supported by an infographic presentation by the speaker. The discussions were engaging and highly motivating which infused the participants with thought-provoking concepts like – Creativity requires freedom., Significance of the bilingual approach., Class education is equally important as Mass education., Respect for diversity, Respect for local context, etc. The workshop was a success as the teachers felt equipped with the necessary information to bring the vision of NEP 2020 into actual practice.
