This is an unprecedented situation where the entire world is fighting one common enemy CORONA. One of the
measures taken by Govts. everywhere is Lockdown, You have been asked to Stay indoors ! Stay Safe !
We, PTVA have full faith in your strength and ability to stay strong and face the challenges that come your way and
overcome them with great confidence and patience. We know that many of you are dealing with the stress associated with unplanned travel, health care considerations, your wards’ schooling housing changes and the care and concern for your loved ones.
At some point in our lives, most of us face times that are extra stressful or that even shake us to our core. During such times, having strong coping strategies can make a huge difference. Of course exercising, playing with your kids
at home, reading, focusing on your spiritual life and getting enough rest—and all the other ‘Live Your Life Well’ tools— can be great supports in difficult situations. Some other techniques can be particularly useful in dealing with tough times.
This is an extraordinary moment, and it calls on all of us to support each other with great care and compassion specifically as it relates to your emotional well-being. As PTVites, we are sure you are supporting and will continue to support your friends and neighbors and every other in the society around you in such crucial times.
PTVAssociation, always takes pride in your personal achievements and more so when the contribution is made towards the society. You have brought glory to the school/college.
