Dr. Madhav Rajaram Rajwade is a highly accomplished and dedicated Principal at PTVA’s Sathaye College (Autonomous) with an extensive educational background and 34 years of experience in the field of Physics Education. Dr. Rajwade holds a Ph.D. in Physics Education, with a specialization in the development and testing of study skills development programs. His research focuses on utilizing a specially developed knowledge organization tool to enhance students’ learning abilities. He has published several research papers in esteemed journals, including the International Journal of Nano Dimension and Archives of Applied Science Research. And also published books which covered first year B.Sc syllabus and on reflection of pandemics on literature and cultural society. Dr. Rajwade’s expertise has been recognized internationally, and he has presented his research at various conferences. His presentations have covered topics such as parameterization of knowledge organization of students, improving students’ subject knowledge through concept maps, and probing links among Physics concepts. Dr. Rajwade’s dedication to his field also gained many awards. As a Principal, Dr. Rajwade brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role.He has also completed several research projects funded by the BCUD University of Mumbai. And contributed in college administration as a member of different committees, chairman or coordinator. Some of them are Associate Dean of University of Mumbai Faculty of Science & Technology, I/c Director of Prof. Bal Apte Centre of Studies & Youth Movement, He has been appointed as V.C. nominee on the Screening cum Evaluation Committees of various prestigious colleges of Mumbai University. He is also a Member of the Perspective Plan Committee, University of Mumbai. He fosters a professional and supportive environment for both students and faculty, ensuring the overall growth and development of the institution. His passion for education and his innovative approach to teaching make him a highly respected figure in the academic community. Lately he has been instrumental in making a short film to explain the features of New Educational Policy. And thereby actively promoting and helping many colleges to execute the National Education Policy 2020.
