Dr.Tejashree Deshmukh Director at PTVAIM speaks on Indian Aviation Industry in Vidyavachspati prt48

Dr. Tejashree Deshmukh is the Director at Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association’s PTVA’s Institute of Management. She was awarded the National Merit Scholarship and Government Open Merit Scholarship during her school and college days and also earned a Gold Medal in Psychology. An alumnus of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), she comes with a good blend of industry and academic experience and specializes in Human Resources. She is a member of the Ad-hoc Board of Studies in Management at the University of Mumbai. Additionally, she is appointed as the Vice Chancellor Nominee on various University committees including the appointment of the Director and faculty members at various MMS Institutes affiliated to the University of Mumbai. She has successfully undertaken and completed paid research projects that would be of benefit to the academics and the society at large. Dr. Tejashree has authored several research papers in high-indexed Research Journals including SCOPUS, ABDC and Web of Science. She is also a Ph. D. Centre Head at PTVA’s Institute of Management and is currently guiding 06 Ph.D. Research Students. One of her Ph.D. students was recently awarded the degree of Ph.D. by the University of Mumbai. She has conducted corporate training programs for organizations such as Indian Oil Adani Ventures, Il&FS, Kohinoor Group of Companies, IndiGo Airlines, among others in the past. Apart from her contribution to academics, Dr. Tejashree is a strong supporter of LGBTQ movement and wishes to conduct in-depth research in this area which would help in bringing substantial reforms for the LGBTQ community.
