CA Dr. Anuradha Ganesh is Head of the Department of Commerce, at Mulund College of Commerce. CA Dr. Anuradha Ganesh, has done her master’s in advanced accountancy. She has cleared the National Eligibility test. She holds a doctorate in Banking and Finance. She has completed three certificate courses in finance from the Yale University. After completing 10 years as a core faculty in the Departments of BAF, BBI and BMS, she has been teaching the students of BCom since 2013. She has to her credit five years of rich corporate experience in various areas of accounting and finance both in India as well as in the United Kingdom. She has written 25 research papers and has published them in various national, international journals as well as in UGC CARE listed journals. She has completed a minor research project funded by the University of Mumbai. She is currently a research guide at RA Podar College of Commerce and Economics. She has been invited to several colleges as a resource person and as a subject expert. She has been part of several key committees and performed various roles of responsibility at Mulund College of Commerce. Her inclination towards learning and teaching makes her a thorough academician. Her study focused on the behavioural aspects of working women while making investment decisions. Through her study, she has strived to arrive at meaningful and workable solutions to investors, institutions, and policy makers. Her thesis topic is “Behavioural pattern of Working Women in their Investment Decision making process
